At Golden Ladies Collection, all purchases are considered final.

1. No Refunds
   We do not provide refunds once an order is confirmed or delivered.

2. Order Cancellation
   Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Therefore, refunds are not applicable.

3. Payment Error / Out of Stock
   A refund will only be issued in the following situations:

• If payment is made but the product is unavailable

• If duplicate payment is made by mistake

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 1–3 working days via the original payment method.

4. Courier Issues
   Delivery delays caused by courier companies are not eligible for refund.

5. Customer Responsibility
   Customers are requested to confirm size, color, and product details before placing an order.
